A new habit
“New habit…” in the line at the top. In the window: the title, an icon (picked by the title — “water”, “book”, “walk”…; you can choose your own), “Time of day” (morning, afternoon, evening, any), “How often”, “Times a day”.
How often
- “Every day”.
- “On weekdays” — for example Mon, Wed, Fri.
- “N times per period” — 2 times a week, once in 2 weeks, 3 times a month, once in 2 or 3 months.
Pale tiles aren’t scheduled for today. A habit of “N times per period” shows in “Today” until the period’s goal is met.
Tick it off
Tap a tile — done for today; again — undo. The same with the circle in “Today”. The next day it’s all empty again: no history is kept.
A counter for the day
With “Times a day” above 1 the habit has a counter: “water 3/8”. Each tap adds one, “−” takes one away. The habit is done when the counter is full.
The order of tiles
Hold a tile and drag it — the order changes within its time of day.
Routines
A routine is a set of steps: “Morning care” — cleanser → toner → cream. The “Routines” tab → “New routine…”.
- Steps are added with the “step” button and dragged.
- The schedule — as for habits: every day, on weekdays or N times per period.
- The circles on the right — how many times done in the period; empty again in a new period.
- Tick it step by step or the whole routine at once; when all the steps are ticked, the routine is done.
- “Link to a recipe” — for example a mask from “Recipes”.
Reminders
Routines can remind you in the evening: on a scheduled day if not done yet, and “N times per period” — on the last day of the period if the goal isn’t met. Turned on in Settings → “Notifications” → “Routines” (off by default). The time is the same as “evening” for meds: Settings → “Notifications”.
