Profile

The card at the top: your name (what the app calls you) and the account’s e-mail.

Look

• “Theme” — as on the phone, light, dark.
• “Text size” — regular, larger, largest.
• “Show tips” — the tip lines under lists; “Show all tips again” — bring back the closed ones.
• “Show all guides again” — “How to use” in every section.
• “What’s new” — what changed in each version.
• “Language” — as on the phone, русский, English, español, Deutsch.

Colour

Ten pairs of ink and paper — for the light and the dark theme.

Notifications

“Notifications” → “Turn on notifications” on this device. They work only signed in; on iPhone — only in the installed app (iOS 16.4 and newer). Then:

• “What to send”: tasks, birthdays and dates, time to call, payments, free trials, meds, routines, lab retests, measuring.
• “Reminder time” — a common time for tasks, dates, calls, payments.
• “Meds ‘morning / afternoon / evening’” — the times for meds without an exact time (and “evening” for routines).
• “Birthdays — the day before too”.
• “Devices” — where they’re on, when the last one came; an extra one can be removed.
• “Send a test notification” — to check.

Morning digest

“Morning digest” — one notification at the “Reminder time” instead of several: today’s tasks, dates, calls, tomorrow’s charges. Meds, routines, tasks with their own time and “the day before” come separately. “Each separately” — every reminder as its own notification.

Quiet hours

“From” and “Until”: no notifications come at that time — they come at the end of the quiet hours. Meds and tasks with their own time always remind you.

Sections and the bottom menu

• “Bottom menu” — 4 sections and their order; “All” is always last.
• “My sections” — untick the ones you don’t need; the order here is the order of the tiles in “All”.
• “Today blocks” — what to show on the main screen and in what order.

Vault

“Create the vault”, and then — “Face ID / fingerprint”, “Auto-lock”, “Change the master password”, “Recovery key”. More in the vault’s help.

Sync

The app works offline too: changes are saved on the device and go out by themselves when there’s a connection. “Sync now” — send and load right now; next to it — when that last happened. If the server didn’t accept a change, “Some changes couldn’t be saved” appears: “Fix” or “Undo the change”.

Download my data

“Download my data” → a ZIP: every section (JSON), tasks, shopping and payments also as tables (CSV), the wishes’ photos. Passwords, documents, Wi-Fi, lab tests and measurements — only if the vault is open and “Add the vault, lab results and measurements, decrypted” is ticked: then the file isn’t encrypted, keep it carefully. Document scans and lab report files aren’t included.

If something’s wrong

“Load data again” — deletes the copy on this device and loads everything from the server; the data in the account isn’t touched. If there are unsent changes, the app warns you and offers “Send first”.

Sign out

“Sign out”: this account’s data is deleted from the device and stays on the server. Unsent changes — “Send first”.

Delete the account

“Delete the account” → type your e-mail → “Delete forever”. All the data, photos and scans are deleted, and then the account itself — right away and for good. Before that you can download your data.
