Tasks

Things to do, with a due date or without: write it as you think, the app works out the rest.

Write it as you think

Type a task in the line at the top and tap “+”. A new task opens with the words it understood already in their fields — check and tap “Save”.

You writeYou get
today · tomorrowdue date
mon · fri · friday · on friday · next fridaythe nearest such day
12.10 · by 12.10 · 12.10.2027that date (without a year — the nearest one)
! anywhereimportant
!!urgent
#homea tag; a new one is created on saving

Example: “call mom tomorrow ! #family” → “call mom”, due tomorrow, important, tag #family.

The understood words are taken out of the title; if there are several dates, the first one counts. Words of the app’s language are understood, and Russian ones too.

Tip. Time and repeat aren’t understood in the line yet — set them in the task: “+ time” and “Repeat”.

How the list works

Two tabs: “Open” and “Done”. Open tasks are grouped into “Today” (with the overdue ones), “Soon” and “No date”. Inside — urgent first, then important, then normal; with the same priority — the nearer due date first. The order sets itself — no dragging needed.

  • Tap a task — edit it.
  • Swipe right — done, left — delete (“Undo” at the bottom).
  • On a computer: hover a row — a bin appears on the right.

The task window

Title, due date, time, priority, repeat, tags (or group), subtasks and a note. At the bottom — “Delete”.

Due date and time

“Due”: “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Date…” or “No date”. After a date you can tap “+ time” — a separate notification comes at that time (even in quiet hours: you chose the time). The time shows next to the task in the list and in the plan for the day.

A task without its own time reminds you on its due day — at the common “Reminder time” from Settings → “Notifications”.

Repeat

“Repeat” → “Day”, “Week”, “Month” or “Year” (needs a due date). A repeating task is one record: “done” moves it to the next date, and the list shows “Done. Next one — …”. If the date has passed several times, the task doesn’t pile up — it moves to the nearest future date. Its subtasks become unticked again.

Two identical repeating tasks can’t be made — the app says “This repeating task already exists.”

Important and urgent

“Priority”: “Normal”, “Important” (!) or “Urgent” (!!). Important and urgent tasks without a date also get into the “Plan for the day”.

Tags

Tags are the chips above the list: tap one — you see only the tasks with that tag (a task can have several tags). “no tag” — tasks without tags, “all” — no filter. While a filter is on, “Showing tasks with #home · Reset” shows under the chips, and a new task gets that tag at once.

“+” in the row of chips → “Tags”: a new tag, rename, delete, change the order by dragging.

Subtasks and a note

In the task — “Subtasks”: “add an item…”, ticks, a “2/5 items” counter in the list. “Note” — any text for the task.

Shared groups

A group is shared tasks for several people: “Home”, “Renovation”. Made with “+” → “Groups” → “New group”; — invite with a link (see Shared lists). Every member sees and changes the group’s tasks.

  • In the task: “Group” — “Personal” or one of the groups; “Who does it” — “me”, a member or “anyone”.
  • A group’s tasks have no tags: the group works as a tag.
  • The “Plan for the day” only gets your tasks of a group and those for “anyone”.

Done

The “Done” tab. Done tasks delete themselves after 30 days; “Clear completed” — right away.
