A new payment
“New payment…” → the title, amount, currency, “How often”, “Next payment”, category.
How often
“Week”, “Month”, “3 months”, “Year” or “Custom” — “every N days, weeks or months”. If the charge is on the 31st and the month has 30 days, the date moves to the month’s last day.
Paid
The “Paid” button moves “Next payment” one period ahead. Tap again — undo. An overdue payment stays at the top marked “overdue” until you tap “Paid”.
Free trial
“Free trial” → “Free until” and “Remind” N days before (2 days by default). While it lasts, the payment isn’t counted in the total, and the list shows “trial until …”. Before the end — a reminder and a card in “Today”.
Pause
“Paused — don’t count”: the payment stays in the list but isn’t counted and doesn’t remind you.
A month’s total and the week ahead
At the top — how much it comes to “a month” and “a year”. Currencies don’t mix: the main one is big, others — “+ 12 USD”. Below — “Next 7 days”: what’s charged on each day.
Categories
“Subscriptions”, “Housing”, “Insurance” or your own (“+ other”) — chosen in the payment.
Reminders
The day before a charge: “Charged tomorrow: Netflix 12.99 €”. The end of a free trial — the chosen number of days before. Turned on in Settings → “Notifications”.
